Thank you for contacting kissberrykidsTM (a division of Retailer Business Intelligence, LLC). We respond to all emails within 24 – 48 hours, Monday to Friday. KissberrykidsTM places great value upon comments and suggestions we receive from customers. Your email address will not be used other than to reply to your question or comment.
II) RETURNS OR EXCHANGES:
Here at KissberrykidsTM, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from Kissberrykids.com, use the return form that accompanied the merchandise shipment. We provide a preaddressed shipping label for your convenience. Follow these procedures for returns:
a) Complete the Return Form, indicating item(s) being returned and reason(s).
b) Securely pack your merchandise with the invoice.
c) Ship US Postal Service or UPS using the preaddressed mailing label. Please insure your package.
d) Send the return items with the documentation back within 30 days of the invoice date
e) You may return any purchase in the same bag or box that it was shipped in
f) All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached
g) Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer; however, we will ship all replacements at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you. Underwear, socks and tights are not refundable or exchangeable
h) We'll process your return within 4 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement. If you provided an email address, we'll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed. Upon return and receipt of the product, KissberrykidsTM will exchange, refund, or credit the item, less appropriate adjustments for shipping and handling.
i) Promotional Codes: All shipping promotions are only applicable to shipping addresses in the continental United States.
All "on sale" items are exchange only. All clearance items in the clearance area of the website are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Special orders may not be returned or exchanged.
NOTE: When shipping product back to KissberrykidsTM, customers should choose the same shipper as when the product was delivered, as well as insure the item for full value should anything happen during shipping. Customers should also get a tracking # for all items sent back to KissberrykidsTM as we cannot be responsible for any items lost in transit.
III) SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All orders are subject to verification and in rare cases may not ship until 48-72 hours after the order is placed.
Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. Please track your package and ensure someone will be home to sign for your package. Packages returned to KissberrykidsTM due to "Sender Unavailable" are subject to a $7 return to sender fee at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE:
a) Items will ship as soon as they are processed and may arrive in multiple boxes on different days
b) There is a $6 charge for each additional shipping address in a single order
If a customer is not home to accept a delivery after 3 attempts by UPS or if a customer refuses a shipment, the customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges associated with that shipment.
*Deliveries to ALASKA and HAWAII will incur additional charges of $12.00, over our regular rates and take approximately 3-10 business days.
International Shipping
KissberrykidsTM is pleased to offer USPS International Shipping Service. International orders take 3-10 days to fulfill deliveries. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the item(s) shipped to the country of destination. KissberrykidsTM services almost all destinations. Please contact us if your country is not listed at checkout.
For your convenience we provide ONLINE shipping charge calculations at the time you place your order and/or add an item to your shopping bag.
Duties, Customs and VAT:
International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to.
Brands We Cannot Ship Internationally: Due to agreements Kissberrykids.com has with some manufacturers, we cannot ship these brands internationally:

IV) ORDER VERIFICATION
KissberrykidsTM uses an address verification tool to protect our customers from fraud. Our system compares the billing address you provide us with during checkout, to the billing address on record with your credit card issuer. If our system is unable to obtain a response, we will do one of the following two things:
- We will ask you for your credit/debit card issuing bank phone number. This phone number can be found on the back of your payment card. We will contact your bank to confirm your billing address with them.
- For international orders, and in some other cases, we use a method called the "Small Charge Verification." The method works like this:
- We will charge a small sum to your credit card, less than $4.00 USD. This is separate from your actual purchase amount.
- You will need to check your credit card account to see how much was charged, and then email your order number with the amount to customerservice@kissberrykids.com. You can also phone us at 1855-547-7237 (1855-kissberrykids).
- If your response matches the actual amount charged, we will ship your order and refund the small charge back to your account.
